Production of segments on a production line enables extremely high productivity due to the repetitive nature of the activity in a fixed location. This is a method that has proved successful worldwide. In carousel production, the moulds are transported by drive systems to the various work stations. After demoulding, cleaning, reinforcement installation and concreting, they are automatically conveyed into a heated curing tunnel.

Our carousel production lines enable just-in-time production. Depending on production demand, we can supply individually planned single or double carousels. We employ high-quality drive and control components, capable of withstanding the high daily stresses. If anything does go wrong, our remote maintenance systems via modem allow us to access the PLC control installed on-site and provide rapid support.
