Wastewater project Río Nalón, Spain.
Small diameters make it big.
Successful reference projects such as the wastewater project “Río Nalón“, which is currently underway in Spain, show that the segmental lining method proves itself even in small diameter tunnelling (ø < 2m) allowing to handle small curve radii without the need for jacking stations or temporary shafts etc.
Sewage tunnel Zarizyno, Russia.
Combisegments® stand the test in a sewage project in Moscow.
With the use of Combisegments® no conventional secondary concrete lining is required. This new method reduces the construction time, tunnel wall thickness and outer diameter and significantly increases lining efficiency.
